MADHUB is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape the visual and conversion-focused side of our digital ecosystem. You’ll work on landing pages, product pages, email templates, and web experiences for a range of brands, balancing aesthetics, usability, and performance.

You’ll collaborate with a fast-moving team, embracing AI tools to improve workflows while keeping the human storytelling aspect central to design.

Formación

• Figma: auto layouts, components, variables, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive layouts, conversion-focused design, and accessibility fundamentals.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conversion-Focused Design – Design landing pages, product pages, email templates, and web experiences that are visually strong, easy to use, and optimized for performance.
• Prototyping & Wireframing – Create organized wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to help align internal teams and simplify execution.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows – Use modern AI tools to speed up research, ideation, layout exploration, and production workflows where appropriate.
• Collaboration & Communication – Stay connected with the team through clear updates, feedback loops, and documentation across our internal systems.
• UX/UI Consistency – Help maintain strong standards across hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility, and CRO best practices.
