Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns for DTC brands. You will be the direct client contact, deliver results, and defend your decisions with data.

You will audit accounts before touching them, manage brand and non-brand efforts separately, and optimize PMax with a keen eye for incremental impact across GA4, Shopify, and feed health. Remote with US Eastern calls required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own the client relationship without an account manager.
• Experience auditing accounts and presenting findings to clients.
• Capability to manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, negatives, bidding, and conversion tracking.
• Lead brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct, measurable efforts.
• Explain attribution and defend optimization choices to clients.
• Own feed, tracking, landing pages, and testing of assets.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
