Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads across DTC accounts. You will act as the client’s direct contact, presenting plans, defending calls, and owning outcomes from planning through execution.

You will audit accounts, manage brand vs non-brand strategies, and optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS while leveraging feeds, tracking, and landing pages. Remote role with US Eastern call availability.

Qualifications

• > You have hands-on experience with Google Ads on DTC/eCommerce with real spend.
• > You can show CPA/ROAS results and what you changed to achieve them.
• > You can discuss attribution methods and holdout tests.

Responsibilities

• > Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• > Own the client relationship; you are the single point of contact for results and plans.
• > Audit accounts before touching anything; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed, landing pages, tracking; walk client through Loom.
• > Run brand and non-brand as separate entities; report them separately.
• > Understand PMax and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• > Manage feeds and tracking; ensure GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• > Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, landing pages, checkout, tracking; own fixes.
• > Build necessary assets: landing pages, scripts, dashboards; leverage AI tools.
