Job summary

Visa is seeking a senior Marketing Services leader for the Southern Cone cluster (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia). You will shape strategy, drive new revenue opportunities with top clients, and lead a multi-country team to sustain growth and brand leadership across five markets.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Innovation leadership, build capability, and ensure disciplined budget ROI while guiding senior country managers and reporting to VP Marketing Services, LAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive business experience in marketing across strategy, business development, planning and execution.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-country or regional teams, ideally across Latin America.
• Proven track record of building new revenue streams through Marketing Services partnerships.
• Experience leading and growing high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of the payments/financial services industry and consumer trends.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets with strong ROI acumen.
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with digital and data-driven marketing and development of new business/partnership models.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year Marketing Services strategic agenda for the five Southern Cone markets, aligned with cluster, LAC regional and global objectives.
• Identify, structure and launch net-new, incremental revenue-generating opportunities with top issuers, acquirers, fintechs and partners across the cluster.
• Lead, coach and develop a multi-country team of Marketing Services Directors/Managers and define a capability-building roadmap.
• Partner with Sales, Product, VCA and Innovation leadership to co-create differentiated, scalable client value propositions.
• Own the Marketing Services investment portfolio across the cluster with budget allocation and ROI tracking.
• Advise Country Managers and VP Marketing on strategy, portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
• Harmonize and scale best practices and programs across five countries to accelerate speed to market.
• Build a forward-looking capability agenda in digital/data-driven marketing and constant client engagement models.
• Monitor competitive, regulatory and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
