AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes) to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will handle automation, tooling, and incident management while collaborating with teams on observability, runbooks, and documentation.

The role emphasizes sustaining production-grade reliability, incident response, and capacity planning, with remote-friendly flex-time options and a strong focus on professional growth.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS)
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex systems from app to infrastructure

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across cloud environments
• Work with observability tooling to keep alerts actionable with runbooks and docs
• Manage incidents end-to-end including RCA and post-incident reviews
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance
• Identify and deliver process improvements
• Assist software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand
