AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will automate tooling, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.

The role emphasizes observability, reliability, and scalable capacity with flexible remote/office options. Requirements include 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production, strong Linux skills, and experience with Azure or AWS,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across clouds.
• Maintain observability tooling and up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end including RCAs and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard new clients to the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software/hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively scale the platform to meet demand.
