Proofpoint is seeking a Senior DevOps and Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team in a hybrid role. You will own reliability, automation, and delivery of data pipelines, build and maintain cloud infra (AWS-first), and develop CI/CD tooling to ship high-quality data products faster.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps or platform/SRE with data engineering exposure.
• Deep AWS core services knowledge (S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
• Hands-on with Glue, Athena, and S3 data lake workflows.
• Proficient in IaC with Terraform and/or CDK.
• Strong CI/CD experience and container orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AWS Glue ETL jobs and related data infra.
• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CDK).
• Own observability: metrics, logs, alerts for data pipelines.
• Develop DataOps self-service tooling and templates.
• Manage container infra (Docker, ECS/EKS, Lambda) for data services.
• Lead data platform incident response and post-mortems.
