Proofpoint is seeking a Senior DevOps and Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team. This hybrid role centers on reliability, automation, and delivery of data pipelines and analytics.

You will build and maintain AWS-first infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, and DataOps capabilities to empower data teams to ship high-quality data products quickly and safely. You will own data pipeline orchestration, Glue ETL jobs, and security practices, while collaborating with data scientists and security teams

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE with at least 2 years in data engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AWS Glue ETL and data infrastructure.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using IaC (Terraform and/or AWS CDK).
• Own observability for data pipelines with metrics, logs, and alerts.
• Develop DataOps self-service tooling and reusable libraries for production pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct reviews.
