Job summary

CSA, the data consultancy within Havas Media Group, seeks a Senior Data Scientist to lead marketing analytics and advanced measurement initiatives in its Global CoE. You will drive MMM, attribution, and experimentation projects across regions, acting as the technical owner for engagements.

You will collaborate with consultants, product leads and data engineers to deploy scalable models, ensure privacy‑first methods, and mentor junior colleagues in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience on analytics or measurement projects (MMM, attribution, experimentation).
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Strong background in statistics, econometrics, marketing analytics or media measurement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical referent for marketing measurement projects across global markets.
• Translate business needs into robust analytical solutions with consultants and product teams.
• Design, execute, and interpret models such as MMM and attribution; support geo-lift tests.
• Contribute to model deployment and integration into CSA platforms with data engineering teams.
• Ensure quality and privacy-first methodologies across deliverables.
• Represent CSA's technical capabilities in client discussions and internal forums.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the CoE.
