Caissa is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote role in LATAM, focusing on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and improved campaign performance.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and enhance reporting systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
