Stefanini Latam seeks a Data Management leader to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single and multi-service projects. You will ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget, serving as a senior DM expert to the team and clients.

Compliance with GCPs, regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and CDM guidance is required. The role may involve leadership across DTL roles, program leads, or client-site management, with responsibilities spanning project planning,

Formación

Experience delivering data management services in clinical trials.
Leadership for CDM teams, planning, execution, close-out.
Strong stakeholder and client management, negotiation, and communications.

Responsabilidades

Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
Lead end-to-end DM projects across multiple studies/programs, including global engagements.
Provide project management support: issue escalation, workload projections, timelines, and budgets.
Lead negotiations with customers on timelines, financials, and resources; maintain strong relationships.
Ensure adherence to GCPs, regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and CDM guidance; sign-off on DMPs.
Mentor junior team members; train and develop DM expertise across the team.
Manage service delivery to meet contract/SOW specifications and quality standards.
