AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows within our Enterprise Service Management team, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems like ServiceNow.

You will apply Python for workflow development, Snowflake for storage, and OpenTelemetry for observability, with strong SQL skills across end-to-end pipelines while leveraging 4+ years of backend Python experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend development with Python.
• Experience building data ingestion workflows and pipelines.
• Hands-on Snowflake and OpenTelemetry experience.
• Proven ability to build integrations with ServiceNow.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows.
• Ensure data pipelines integrate with downstream systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with ServiceNow.
• Leverage Snowflake and OpenTelemetry to optimize data flow and observability.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks or failures in automated pipelines.
• Implement data validation checks and maintain data integrity.
