Brainlabs is seeking a Data Analyst to manage data flow between systems, the data warehouse, and business tools. You will ensure data is well-structured, synced, and trustworthy as it moves into BigQuery and back into daily tools like Notion, enabling teams to work with live data.

You will build ETL/ELT pipelines, own CRM data quality in HubSpot, and translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with Finance, Ops, and Client Leadership in a fast-paced agency

Formación

• Deep experience in designing and managing data structures with governance and quality controls.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders without jargon.
• Comfort with fast-moving rollouts and evolving requirements.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and ensuring idempotent runs.
• Experience integrating data into BigQuery, Snowflake or similar warehouses via APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain integrations moving operating system data into the data warehouse.
• Push data warehouse data back into operating systems to support workflows.
• Debug data discrepancies and automate solutions to prevent issues.
• Own CRM data quality, deduplication, and governance at scale.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and other teams to translate decisions for non-technical audiences.
