AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines powering cloud cost visibility and performance insights for a Cloud Economics team. You will build scalable ELT/ETL workflows with Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow across AWS services and Snowflake.

Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to optimize costs and enable data-driven decisions in a remote-friendly environment focused on performance and reliability, with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• End-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines in cloud environments (AWS).
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with data modeling experience.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as dbt, Airflow, or Dagster.
• Proficiency with AWS data services (Glue, Athena, Aurora) and Snowflake.
• CI/CD, version control, and Infra as Code (Terraform); REST API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the Cloud Economics team's data pipelines and automation systems.
• Develop scalable datasets powering cloud cost visibility and attribution.
• Design data models and ingestion frameworks for telemetry and usage data.
• Create tooling enabling cost-aware decision-making across stakeholders.
• Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and auditability across end-to-end workflows.
