Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, connectors, and integrations to bridge enterprise customers and engineering teams. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines and data collectors, working across identity, cloud, and security domains.

You will build with Python/Go, REST APIs, and containerized services on AWS/Azure/GCP while collaborating with customers to ensure reliable, secure data flows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/data/platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Go for backend services.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Strong REST API design and consumption.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience deploying to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity, cloud, network, and security platforms.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, and integration constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, architecture design, and production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data (security events, logs, telemetry).
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven patterns.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot deployments across API, infra, network, and data layers.
• Improve ingestion performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Identify recurring requirements and turn into reusable connectors/product features.
• Contribute to roadmap with insights from real-world deployments.
• Support production adoption and time-to-value for customers.
• Participate in occasional customer-facing sessions and onsite engagements.
