Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Remote LATAM) focused on data ingestion, connectors, and integration services. You will work directly with enterprise customers and engineering teams to design scalable ingestion pipelines that handle security events, logs, and identity data.

The role combines data engineering, software engineering, and cloud architecture, requiring strong Python/Go skills, REST API experience, and hands-on Docker/Kubernetes operations in AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software/Data Engineering or related field.
• Strong Python and Go experience.
• Proven data ingestion pipelines and integration expertise.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud platform production experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Customer-facing collaboration and problem solving.
• Ability to design scalable, secure data connectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources across identity, cloud, network, and security platforms.
• Work with customers to understand environments and constraints.
• Onboard customers from discovery to production deployment.
• Architect scalable ingestion for high-volume data sources.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven design.
• Develop backend services in Python and Go, with SQL/NoSQL data stores.
• Operate Docker/Kubernetes based services across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Troubleshoot deployments and optimize performance.
