Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors to bridge enterprise customers and the engineering team. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines and connectors, ingest data from complex environments, and ensure reliability and security across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering or related experience.
• Strong Python and Go development.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and connector frameworks.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, and SIEM systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and integration constraints.
• Lead onboarding from discovery to deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services with Python and/or Go; work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments across API, network, and data layers.
• Aim to optimize ingestion performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance on data architecture and security integrations.
• Transform recurring customer requirements into reusable connectors and platform features.
• Contribute real-world insights to the product roadmap.
