Capgemini Engineering in Argentina is seeking a data analytics engineer to build and run core analytics data products and platforms (Snowflake, dbt, Python) that power hiring, performance, and marketplace insights.

You will design scalable data pipelines, implement ELT workflows, monitor data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable dashboards and actionable business insights using AWS and observability tooling.

Formación

• Strong ability to query, transform, validate, and optimize data for analytics.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and automation scripts.
• Hands-on design and maintenance of cloud data warehouse structures.
• Experience developing modular data transformations in ELT workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services for storage, processing, and orchestration.
• Experience building reliable ETL/ELT workflows.
• Ability to monitor pipeline health and improve data quality.
