3M HEALTHCARE in Buenos Aires is seeking a Data Engineer to own complex data workflows powering marketing insights. You will design scalable data solutions, build production-grade pipelines, and collaborate with Data Scientists to prepare data for advanced modeling.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Airflow/dbt, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Fluency in English and proactive communication with global teams are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines in a professional environment.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema, Data Vault).
• Ability to act fast and adapt to the evolving needs of global brands.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy production-grade data pipelines using orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
• Optimize data models for performance and cost-efficiency within cloud environments.
• Perform code reviews and mentor Core Engineers to ensure high standards of getting sh*t done.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to ensure data readiness for modeling.
• Implement data security and privacy best practices in line with global standards.
