Power Digital in Argentina is seeking a data engineer to join the Data Team. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, modeling, and data marts, enabling BI and AI workflows for agency clients. Deep experience with Python, SQL, dbt, and Snowflake is needed, along with cloud experience (GCP) and CI/CD practices.

Formación

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering, including 1+ years owning a dbt project in production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with production-grade data pipelines.
• Deep expertise in dbt, including incremental strategies, tests, and materializations.
• Strong command of Snowflake and the cloud data stack for autonomous work.
• Experience modeling in a multi-tenant environment across client data.
• Familiarity with marketing datasets, UTMs, attribution, and KPI reconciliation.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD best practices and automated testing.
• Ability to ship iteratively and refine data products based on live feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the core data foundation (ingestion, modeling, data marts) from raw data through serving layers.
• Build ingestion that handles API changes, rate limits, and retroactive data changes without corrupting downstream models.
• Model across sources so numbers reconcile across platforms and client CRMs.
• Contribute to client-bespoke modeling on top of the core layer to support diverse requests.
• Build semantic layers and metric definitions for AI-generated SQL consistency.
• Use AI-agentic workflows to accelerate development and document patterns for reuse.
• Collaborate with nova product/engineering, AI/innovation, and client teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues, optimizing pipelines for cost and performance in a multi-client warehouse.
