AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to translate business needs into data transformation work using dbt and SQL. You will sit with stakeholders to deliver robust data features and integrate data from platforms with internal contracts.

You will build scalable pipelines using Snowflake, dbt Cloud, GitHub, and VS Code, while transitioning tribal knowledge into dbt catalogs. Expect to leverage AI tools like Copilot and Cortex to drive governance with leadership.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering in production.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience building transformation pipelines in dbt Cloud.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake and development tools like GitHub and VS Code.
• Thrives in a process-light environment with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication for bi-weekly or monthly sprint planning.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver robust data features and pipelines in fast-paced, business-facing verticals.
• Translate complex use cases into robust data models using dbt and SQL.
