Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr CTM assigned to LATAM, with USA or local scope flexibility, to oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity across Latin American sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and coordinate with investigators and sponsors.

This role offers remote work with international exposure and travel to study sites as required. The candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong communication, and robust experience in trial management to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience leading clinical monitoring projects and international teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Oversees site activities post activation through closeout, including recruitment and investigator interaction as needed.
• Identifies data/process risks and contributes to risk mitigation plans and CMP/SMP alignment.
• Reviews budgets, scope, and protocol content ensuring team adherence to contractual obligations.
• Coordinates training and resourcing for CRAs and Central Monitors to meet milestones.
