Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager for LATAM to lead Site Start-Up activities with global scope. The role requires 3–4 years of experience as a site activation lead in a CRO environment, delivering activation-ready sites on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior SSU staff. Fluency in English is essential given the global nature of projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; higher degree preferred.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Site Start-Up (SSU) across country/region/global within projects.
• Direct SSU deliverables to ensure activation-ready sites on time and within budget.
• Mentor/oversee junior Site Activation Managers and coordinate with PM and SSU teams.
• Develop SSU timelines, report progress, and address risks with project teams.
