Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager (eCOA Manager) for remote work in Argentina. The role manages CST projects, ensuring data quality and scientific integrity across trials, while coordinating with customers, vendors and sites. The CST PM may progress to Sr.

PM level based on proficiency and project scope. Ideal candidates hold a Life Sciences degree, strong English, and experience with GCP/ICH guidelines, MS Office tools, and cross-functional collaboration in a CRO or pharma setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced project environment; strong organization.

Responsabilidades

• Represent CST team in studies or programs and interact with cross-functional groups.
• Manage CST deliverables with vendors, scale license holders and KOLs.
• Develop CST plans and align with SOPs and WIs.
• Provide regular status updates and manage CST risks and issues.
• Maintain CST documentation in TMF and ensure quality and timely delivery.
