Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations professional to lead site management activities across a geographic region and ensure successful study delivery. You will coordinate CRAs, oversee site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out, and guarantee quality and timely deliverables in line with SOPs.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and regulatory knowledge with travel to sites. A life sciences degree and CRO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead clinical site management activities across regions.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/EU guidelines and ICH GCP.
• Experience coordinating site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out.
• Able to train CRAs and mentor project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of clinical study site management within a geographic region.
• Ensure site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out per protocol and SOPs.
• Maintain quality and timeliness of clinical deliverables across assigned programs.
• Provide guidance to site management team and act as primary contact for sponsors.
