Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify-powered brands, including site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship the winners.

With 3-4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, you will leverage Intelligems, AfterSell and Shopify analytics to drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor, while coordinating with the founder and an agile,

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Built and tested paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proof of results: tests that lifted CVR, AOV or RPV with data.
• Experience briefing developers/designers and managing a CRO agency.
• Experiment design: write hypotheses, size tests and call results.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends if needed.
• Excellent cultural fit per our values.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Brief, QA and launch weekly tests and ship winners.
• Drive lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Catch conversion drops and provide causes and fixes.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth.
