Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands, from strategy to shipping winners. You will manage tests on site, landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase upsells, with a focus on lifting CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

This role is fully remote and requires 3-4+ years of hands-on CRO experience. You will work directly with senior leadership, set quarterly goals, and optimize paid media funnels using Intelligems and other analytics tools

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven record of tests that lifted CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability to brief, QA and launch tests weekly and report results.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests every week and ship the winners on time.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the weekly CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth on in-house move.
