Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own all conversion tests across our Shopify DTC brands. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, QA tests, launch winners and drive growth across site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers.

We move fast with a remote, lean senior team. You’ll work directly with the founder, show data-backed results, and scale our revenue toward multi‑million targets while maintaining rigorous testing discipline.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with tests.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems and post-purchase upsells.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability to brief, QA and launch tests weekly.
• Strong data-driven decision making with test-backed results.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritized by impact.
• Build, QA and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests with developers/designers and CRO agency.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead the CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
