Job summary

KittySpout is hiring a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC sites and post-purchase offers. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief QA, launch tests and ship the winners, driving measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta and seek a 3-4+ year CRO track record with Intelligems, AfterSell and Shopify analytics. This is a fully remote, full-time role with a fast-paced, founder‑led team.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with test-backed data.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems and paid-acquisition funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly; report results and learnings.
