S&P Global Ratings in Brazil is seeking an Associate Director to lead end-to-end credit analysis for a portfolio of corporate issuers. You will serve as a senior analytical reference, driving quality, consistency, and market-relevant insights across a dynamic EM region.

You will coach junior analysts, supervise analytics, and responsibly incorporate generative AI tools while maintaining governance and high standards. Hybrid office role in Brazil.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate credit analysis or related financial services field.
• Proven credit and financial analysis skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Strong understanding of the financial services environment and link market developments to credit risk themes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end credit analysis for an assigned portfolio of corporate issuers.
• Lead surveillance and updates connecting issuer performance to forward-looking risk themes.
• Translate complex data into market-facing narratives for issuers, investors, and market participants.
