Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of corporate credit analysis or related financial services.
• Proven ability to translate data into decision‑useful insights.
• Strong understanding of financial services environment and market developments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for committee‑ready documentation.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior analysts.

• Serve as senior coaching presence for junior analysts on credit fundamentals, modeling, data quality, and AI governance.
• Execute end‑to‑end credit analysis for an assigned portfolio of corporate issuers.
• Lead surveillance and updates linking issuer performance to forward‑looking risk themes.
• Use approved generative AI tools to accelerate research with accountability.
• Translate complex data into market-facing narratives and contribute to thought leadership.
