Job summary

R2 is seeking a Portfolio Manager (IC4) to own and optimize the credit portfolio across Latin America. You will monitor vintages, losses, originations and NPL by cohort, and you will underwrite high-ticket merchant credit facilities at scale.

In this role you will work hands-on in SQL and Python to extract and analyze portfolio data, define metrics, and present findings to cross-functional teams. You will mitigate risks, read large datasets, and support business decisions with quantitative

Qualifications

• 7+ years in credit, lending or risk management.
• Experience with large-ticket merchant credit in fintech or banking.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; data analytics mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own monitoring of the credit portfolio: vintages, losses, originations, NPL by cohort.
• Underwrite high-ticket merchant credit facilities at scale.
• Define and track portfolio metrics: loss, yield, profitability.
• SQL data extraction, structuring, and analysis of portfolio data.
• Apply statistical reasoning to portfolio questions.
• Collaborate with business teams and handle client interactions.
• Generate findings and present to a larger audience.
• Automate monitoring KPIs of this portfolio.
