Johnson & Johnson in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Project Manager for LAS Innovative Medicine Commercial Quality. The role focuses on planning, executing, and closing CQ LAS projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget while upholding quality across the business.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and communications with Change Managers. Requires strong English and Spanish, PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years in project management, preferably in a matrixed environment.
• Proven track record of high-cost, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management methodologies and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for medium complexity initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments for alignment and execution.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Define roles, allocate resources, and manage team, equipment, and budget.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on change management communications and training materials.
• Track performance with key metrics and provide status reports.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare materials; conduct post-project retrospectives.
• Support value realization and end-user communications.
