Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Laboratory Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in the LAS Innovative Medicine Commercial Quality group. You will coordinate with CQ LAS Leader and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality outcomes across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in project management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of managing high cost and impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, assertiveness, and resilience in managing complex situations.
• Experience with change management frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
• English and Spanish advanced level is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives with medium complexity and strategic relevance.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across departments.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and budget.
