Johnson & Johnson in Argentina seeks a Project Manager for LAS Innovative Medicine Commercial Quality to lead end-to-end projects within CQ LAS (Argentina) and ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes across the business.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong stakeholder management, and proven experience with change management and GMP/QMS environments. This position offers exposure to LATAM leadership and collaboration with diverse teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management in a matrixed environment.
• Proven track record managing high-cost, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives with medium complexity and strategic relevance.
• Ensure flawless execution of the project for timing and quality of the deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget in collaboration with CQ LAS Leader and stakeholders.
• Defines project roles and responsibilities, allocate and manage resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, to achieve project goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
• Collaborate with Change Managers to execute the development of project communications, training materials, and deliver according to the training plan.
• Track project performance using critical metrics and provide regular status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and materials preparation.

• Assist to identify value drivers, monitor benefits realization, and effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
