Salesforce is seeking a Consumption Lead for Data Cloud & Agentforce to drive growth across customers, leading stakeholders and executives to accelerate usage and value.

You will act as post-sale technical lead, guiding architecture, integration and strategy to ensure successful Data Cloud adoption and alignment with customer needs. This IC role emphasizes proactive learning and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• 7+ years in customer-facing data/AI/CRM solutions.
• Strong C-level communication and trusted-advisor experience.
• Experience driving data analytics and CRM consumption and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with multiple sales teams to create clarity from chaos.
• Lead onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and ongoing consumption of Data Cloud & Agentforce workloads.
• Build mutual success plans and manage executive relationships to accelerate value.
