Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Consumption Lead for Data Cloud & Agentforce in Argentina. You will partner with customers to accelerate Data Cloud consumption, manage executive relationships, and guide post-sale architecture and adoption.

This IC role requires 7+ years in customer-facing Data/AI/CRM solutions, strong C-level communication, and hands-on data architecture experience. In-office 2 days a week, flexible to regional offices.

Formación

• 7+ years in customer-facing solutions for Data, Analytics, AI & CRM.
• Full-stack data architecture knowledge and executive relationship management.
• Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise data integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of customer Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce implementations.
• Guide customers to accelerate consumption and achieve business goals.
• Build executive-level relationships with IT and business sponsors.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay Voice of the Customer.
