Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with top operators to deliver high-value solutions while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

This role requires deep technical sales experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, and RSS, with the ability to translate technical data into commercial value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
