Job summary

Bluelightconsulting seeks an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer to own cloud infra, deployment automation, and system reliability. You will manage Kubernetes workloads (GKE), enforce IaC via Terraform, and build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and IaC methodologies.
• Deep experience designing and maintaining deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Experience working with GitHub Container Registry (GHCR).
• Experience deploying and maintaining production Keycloak/IAM environments.
• Strong understanding of OIDC, identity management, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• Experience with secrets management and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with GCP/GKE and multi-cloud or cloud-agnostic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and system reliability.
• Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads (GKE initially).
• Build modular, cloud-agnostic infrastructure with Terraform across GCP, other clouds, and on-premise.
• Design, maintain, and optimize GitHub Actions workflows for testing, containerization, and deployment.
• Manage container images and deployment workflows using GHCR.
• Deploy, operate, and scale Keycloak clusters; implement OIDC-based access.
• Configure GitHub Workload Identity Federation for secure GCP access.
• Implement and maintain secrets management and secure CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate to evaluate and improve deployment strategies including CI/CD and GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux.
