Job summary

AgileEngine, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and system reliability across multi-cloud environments.

You will manage Kubernetes (GKE), IaC with Terraform, and CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, GHCR, and Keycloak IAM integration. Responsibilities include Kubernetes administration, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipeline ownership, container image management, and secure secrets handling.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on with production Kubernetes environments.
• Proficient with Terraform, Helm, IaC methods.
• Deep experience designing and maintaining GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Experience with GHCR and Keycloak/IAM environments.
• Strong understanding of OIDC and identity management concepts.
• Secrets management and cloud security best practices.
• GCP/GKE and multi-cloud approaches.
• Understanding of containerised deployments and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the roadmap for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform, packaging reusable modules for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI – build, test, security scanning, blue-green or canary deploys, and automated rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and compliance controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code, and PCI-aware patterns.
• Lead incident response – on-call, runbooks, blameless post-mortems, and continuous reliability work.
• Partner with developers on local dev experience, golden paths, internal platform tooling, and developer self-service.
