Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Platform Engineering Team. You will own cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and system reliability with a focus on cloud‑agnostic portability and Kubernetes administration.

You will work with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, multi‑cloud environments, and IAM solutions such as Keycloak, building CI/CD workflows and secure deployments using GHCR, Helm, and ArgoCD/Flux.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform‑engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) and container tooling.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; proficient with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with observability stacks and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with multi‑cloud or cloud‑agnostic infrastructure approaches.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the roadmap for DevOps and observability in data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code, packaging reusable modules for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and other tools; manage deployment and security scanning.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE) and containers with Helm/ArgoCD/Flux.
• Build and improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and related stacks.
• Lead incident response, runbooks, and reliability improvements across environments.
• Collaborate with developers to provide self‑service platform tooling and standardized patterns.
