Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind a regulated healthcare data platform. You will own the Cloud/DevOps service tower for LatAm, manage AWS infrastructure (EKS, S3, EventBridge, etc.), and lead incident resolution and observability improvements.

You should have 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps/SRE, strong Kubernetes/EKS experience, Argo Workflows expertise, and Terraform IaC skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cloud Engineering/DevOps/SRE experience.
• Hands-on AWS production experience.
• Advanced Kubernetes and EKS experience.
• Experience with Argo Workflows or similar workflows.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• CI/CD pipelines and production release experience.
• Strong monitoring, logging, and incident-routing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own Cloud/DevOps service tower during LatAm hours with ops and escalations.
• Operate and improve AWS data platform infrastructure (EKS, S3, etc.).
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows; ensure reliability.
• Define IaC, CI/CD standards; manage releases and rollback.
• Improve observability; link alerts to runbooks.
• Lead incident response and RCA with stakeholder communications.
• Design reliability improvements and auto-remediation.
• Track service metrics and SLA compliance.
