AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS in production environments.
• Kubernetes and AWS EKS expertise including workload ops and reliability.
• Argo Workflows administration and troubleshooting.
• Terraform IaC and git-based delivery.
• CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Monitoring/logging/alerting with Splunk, PagerDuty, or Opsgenie.
• Strong English communication.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Mentoring engineers and cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior technical ownership for Cloud/DevOps during LatAm window.
• Maintain AWS infrastructure for Data Platform (EKS, S3, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda).
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows.
• Define and improve IaC standards using Terraform and Git.
• Improve observability across infra and data workloads.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Design reliability improvements and auto-remediation.
• Track service metrics like availability and MTTR.
• Apply HIPAA/GDPR/FDA controls in operations.
• Create runbooks and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotation.
