AgileEngine is seeking a Database Administrator to manage, secure, and tune high-availability production databases in a hands-on capacity. You will work closely with engineering teams to maintain performance, security, and reliability across critical data systems supporting the website.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS RDS/Aurora, PowerShell or Python, Terraform, and Kafka. Upper-intermediate English is required.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS, especially RDS and Aurora.
• Programming with PowerShell or Python.
• Infra as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with Kafka (Confluent Kafka).
• Strong performance analysis and tuning skills.
• Experience with high-availability production systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
