Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Python/Go) for a remote role in LATAM. You will own data ingestion, CRM integrations, the data warehouse in BigQuery, and modular transformation pipelines to support Looker Studio dashboards for education and nonprofit clients.

You’ll drive data quality, CI/CD practices, and client-facing reporting while collaborating with the Data & Analytics team to scale the analytics platform.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms.
• Advanced SQL with BigQuery experience; experience with dbt or Dataform.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of marketing metrics and paid platform schemas; data modeling for dashboards.

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture — connect paid media and CRM data into Adverity and the warehouse.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead and enrollment data flow into BigQuery.
• Own the data warehouse — design schemas, partitioning, and cost-aware storage for multi-client data.
• Own transformation & mapping — modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines in dbt/Dataform.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation — robust releases across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer — fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for clients.
