Qualifications

• Collaborate with sponsor and study team to create study-level diversity plans aligned with current legislation and regulatory guidance.
• Conduct trainings and presentations on clinical trial diversity and diversity planning processes.
• Recommend diversity enrollment goals based on disease epidemiology and oversee strategy implementation.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and progress against diversity goals, reporting updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical trial diversity SME for study teams.
• Train internal study teams and sponsors on completed plans to enable seamless deployment.
• Act as single point of contact for study-level diversity initiatives and track KPIs.
• Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery.
