Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Diversity Specialist to partner with sponsors and study teams to design and implement study-level diversity plans in alignment with current regulations. You will lead trainings, advise on enrollment goals, and oversee program execution across trials.

The role requires monitoring enrollment metrics, serving as a diversity SME, and providing risk-based mitigation strategies to ensure diverse representation and sponsor satisfaction.
