Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Diversity Specialist to advance patient diversity in clinical trials by developing and executing targeted strategies.

You will collaborate with study teams and sponsors to implement diversity plans and monitor progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The role emphasizes training, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive enrollment goals across studies, with a focus on adherence to regulatory guidance and quality

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsor and study team to create study-level diversity plans aligned with current legislation and regulatory guidance.
• Conduct trainings and presentations for internal teams on clinical trial diversity and the diversity planning process.
• Recommend diversity enrollment goals based on disease epidemiology and oversee strategies to meet them throughout trial execution.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and progress against diversity enrollment goals.
• Provide oversight as the clinical trial diversity SME for study teams and support study-level diversity strategies.
• Train internal teams and sponsors on completed plans to enable seamless operationalization.
• Conduct clinical trial diversity training and presentations for sponsors and/or sites.
• Serve as the single point of contact for study-level clinical trial initiatives and track KPIs.
• Ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations, including projections, reports, and updates, with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Support additional diversity initiatives as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsor and study team in the creation of study-level diversity plans in alignment with current legislation and regulatory guidance.
• Conduct trainings and presentations for internal project teams on topics including but not limited to clinical trial diversity, diversity planning process.
• In partnership with study teams, recommend diversity enrollment goals based on disease epidemiology and oversee program level strategies to meet goals and implement these strategies throughout the execution of the trial.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and progress against diversity enrollment goals.
• Provide oversight and serve as clinical trial diversity SME for study teams in support of study-level diversity strategies.
• Train internal study teams and sponsor (as applicable) on completed plans to enable seamless operationalization of the plans.
• Conduct clinical trial diversity training and presentations for sponsors and/or sites.
• Function as the single point of contact/primary lead for study-level clinical trial initiatives and track and measure corresponding KPIs.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations including contracted deliverables, provision of correct projections, reports, and updates, together with ongoing risk assessment and initiative-taking mitigation strategies.
• Support additional diversity initiatives as needed.
