Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee end-to-end global trials across multiple regions, including Latin America.

You will ensure delivery against regulatory requirements, timelines and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners. The role requires a bachelor's degree in health care or science, 8+ years of clinical research/monitoring experience, and 3+ years of regional/global trial management, with strong knowledge of GCP/ICH

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health care or other scientific discipline.
8 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent.
Minumun 3 years of regional/global trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
In-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
Nice to have Cell Therapy/Hemayology TA experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, protocol), customer requirements (contract), and internal requirements (SOPs, project plans).
Accountable for meeting projects' recruitment targets and recruitment strategies.
Contribute to development of project risk mitigation plan and manage clinical risks throughout lifecycle.
Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards, monitoring compliance, and overseeing quality issues.
