Syneos Health is seeking a specialist to collaborate with sponsors and study teams to design and implement study-level diversity plans in line with current regulatory guidance.

You will train teams, set enrollment goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure deliverables meet expectations while advancing diversity initiatives across trials.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sponsor and study team in the creation of study-level diversity plans in alignment with current legislation and regulatory guidance.
• Conduct trainings and presentations for internal project teams on topics including but not limited to clinical trial diversity, diversity planning process.
• In partnership with study teams, recommend diversity enrollment goals based on disease epidemiology and oversee program level strategies to meet goals and implement these strategies throughout the execution of the trial.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and progress against diversity enrollment goals.
• Provide oversight and serve as clinical trial diversity SME for study teams in support of study-level diversity strategies.
• Train internal study teams and sponsor (as applicable) on completed plans to enable seamless operationalization of the plans.
• Conduct clinical trial diversity training and presentations for sponsors and/or sites.
• Function as the single point of contact/primary lead for study-level clinical trial initiatives and track and measure corresponding KPIs.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations including contracted deliverables, provision of correct projections, reports, and updates, together with ongoing risk assessment and initiative-taking mitigation strategies.
• Support additional diversity initiatives as needed.
